Do you feel nourished by your day? Excited for it to start? Content at the end?
Or are you just rushing through, checking of To Do’s, grunting in the morning, and exhausted at night?
Likely, you have days of both, or it’s something in between.
What is different on the days where you feel nourished?

For example, I’ve been wanting more time for Creativity in my life, but somehow that kept getting put on the back burner. So, my most recent kindness to myself is that I’ve created time blocks in my own schedule that I have dubbed time for “Heart Projects.”
During Heart Project Time, I get to do something fun and nourishing for my heart. These often includes a creative project, like writing something, creating a video, busting out the colorful markers, scissors, and paper, or rearranging my space to nourish my soul even more, channeling the Interior Decorator in me.
I do not force myself to work on one specific thing. Rather, I allow the sacred time for my heart to feel nourished and held. And it has a domino effect. It infuses fun into my day, so what could have been a a drag somehow feels lighter…because my heart is happy.
I encourage you to set aside sacred Heart Project time for your own heart.
It’s a way to infuse more Love into your life – love for yourself. For your own heart. It can be 15 minutes, or 3 hours. You can dance between projects or focus on one until it’s done. It’s up to you…and your heart.
Try it. What Heart Projects will you allow time for today?
Until next time…
