What is your life purpose?

[This past weekend, I happily stumbled upon the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary. I’m a big lover of animals, both sea and land. I believe they have so much to teach us, if we will just listen. We need to treat animals with more respect. This is something I am passionate about and I want to keep giving more to animals to help solve the pain that some humans have inflicted upon them. Check them out if you feel inspired to see how you can get involved and help in a variety of ways.]

Who are you?

What is your life purpose?

You have probably asked yourself these questions time and time again.

But have you asked yourself this question: What do you want to give most?

What you yearn to give, to share, is your ticket to your path. It IS your purpose. It is the way you will help heal the world during this lifetime.

Here are a few more questions to help you dig deeper and get even clearer on your purpose:.

  1. What pain that currently exists in the world riles you up? Maybe you get angry or so sad you can’t even think about it. This is something that holds meaning for you.
  2. What unique set of traits do you possess that could help provide a solution to this pain? This is how your essence, who you are, is set up naturally to help heal others.
  3. What life experiences have you had that have made you into who you are today? How can you apply your triumph over your struggles to help others? How do your past experiences relate to the pain you wish to help solve in the world?
  4. What part of you is still hiding that wants to come out and be seen? This just might be what you wish to give the most.

You may already have a sense of your purpose, or you might just be beginning to explore.

Even though you may already be beginning your path, because you are human, you will meet with resistance – both from others and from within yourself.

How do you get through these fears and blocks? We will talk about that next time.

Until then…

With light and love,
